Make an interactive workbook from the manuscript you already have

To make an interactive workbook, upload your manuscript to Truberri as a DOCX, PDF or EPUB. Truberri keeps your text as written, suggests which prompts become places to answer, and you confirm each one. Readers then do the exercises in the free Truberri app, and you see which ones land.

    Why readers skip workbook exercises

Most readers buy a workbook on Kindle or as a PDF and read it on a phone. There's nowhere to write, so the exercises, which are the point of the book, get skipped. Printing pages or keeping a separate notebook is a step most readers never take.

An interactive workbook puts the answer space right under the prompt. Readers write, choose or rate in place, and their answers are there when they come back.

    How it works

    • Upload your manuscript as DOCX, PDF or EPUB. Your text is kept exactly as you wrote it.
    • Truberri's AI suggests which prompts become interactive: written reflections, short answers, single or multiple choice, ratings, yes/no questions and checklists. You check and confirm each one.
    • Share the book with access codes, links or QR codes, or sell it on the web at a price you set.
    • Readers answer in the free Truberri app on iPhone, Android or the web. Answers save on the device and sync when they're back online.
    • You see which questions readers answer, skip or return to, how they rate each section and where they stop.

What you learn as the author

    • Which questions readers answer, skip or come back to.
    • How readers rate each section, and where they stop reading.
    • On Author Pro, AI-written themes from written answers once at least 5 readers have answered, without ever showing you an individual reader's words.

    Edit without losing readers' work

When you publish a new version, each question keeps its identity, so readers keep the answers they've already written. Fix a typo or rewrite a chapter without starting anyone over.

    Private by default

    • Authors see patterns, not people: totals, percentages, averages and themes.
    • No summary of written answers appears until at least 5 readers have answered.
    • Readers own their answers and can see, edit, export and delete them.
    • Data is stored in the UK, never sold, and there are no ads.

    Questions, answered

What file types can I upload?
DOCX, PDF or EPUB. The conversion takes minutes and your text is never rewritten; the AI only suggests which parts become questions.
Do my readers need to pay for an app?
No. The Truberri reader app is free on iPhone, Android and the web. You decide whether the book itself is free (shared by code or link) or paid.
Can I still sell my workbook on Amazon?
Yes. Many authors keep their Kindle and paperback editions and add the interactive edition alongside, for example with a QR code or access code printed in the book.
    How much does it cost?
Starter is £19 a month for 1 book and 500 active readers; Author Pro is £49 a month for 5 books, 5,000 active readers, AI summaries and CSV export. Prices ex VAT, with a 14-day free trial.
