What cookies are
Cookies, and similar tools like local storage, are small files a website or app saves on your device. Some are needed for the service to work, such as keeping you signed in. Others help us understand how the service is used.
On this website
Analytics only runs if you agree. We ask the first time you visit, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ph_* | PostHog (EU) | Counts visits and which pages are useful, without identifying you | Analytics, only with your consent | 1 year |
| truberri.analytics-consent | Truberri (local storage) | Remembers whether you allowed analytics | Strictly necessary | Until you clear it |
| truberri.attribution | Truberri (session storage) | Remembers which link brought you here, so the person who shared it gets credit if you join the waitlist | Strictly necessary for the waitlist | Until you close the tab |
In Truberri Studio and the web reader
These are needed to sign you in and save your settings, so they can't be switched off.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Truberri (Supabase) | Keeps you signed in | Strictly necessary | Until you sign out |
| Reader settings | Truberri | Remembers font size, dark mode and answers waiting to sync | Strictly necessary | Until you clear them |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe | Prevents fraud when you pay at checkout | Strictly necessary | 1 year / 30 minutes |
Inside the dashboards and reader we may also measure how features are used, without advertising cookies and without sharing it with advertisers. Error reports don't use cookies.
In the mobile apps
The apps don't use cookies. They store your sign-in and settings on your device in the same way, and don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Managing cookies
Change your analytics choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of this website. You can also block and delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and checkout from working.
